We are not "most people"
"Most people" don't camp on farms.
"Most" farms don't host campers.
We are not "most people" - nor are the people who camp here.
This is a unique location - you get to camp by a river, in a pristine environment, with a clear, pebble bedded river at your doorstep. You get peace, quiet, tranquility, serenity ... and then you'll possibly also get our kids (and probably our dog, Poppy) who will want to meet you because they think that all of our campers are our 'new friends'.
What you don't get is caravan park service. We have a farm and jobs and kids and work to do, and running this place like a caravan park would mean we simply couldn't do it. We don't have staff to clean up after people, we can't supply you with power and showers and garbage collection etc, and we don't provide entertainment (unless of course you are watching us round up cows - which can be pretty funny) all of which is available at a caravan park.
But that is just it.
We're not a caravan park, and we're not for "most people".
We're no nonsense. What you see is pretty much what you get, with us and with our camp site.
Things are different here.
But we hope that's what you are looking for.
Hope to see you soon.
